I was a User Experience Design / Research Assistant intern with Kakao Enterprise's Financial Consulting Team. Although I cannot share specific design details due to an NDA, I can discuss what I contributed.

My project involved designing a digital branch for bankers, aimed at simplifying loan consultations through the KakaoTalk app while improving banker performance. I worked on ideating and building a prototype, as well as leading a design thinking workshop with Hana Bank. I refined the design through rapid prototyping and collaboration, balancing user and business needs throughout.
